TurboTax had me yelling at the monitor

Because of the ease of use, I am a repeat customer; however, this year, I found filing with TurboTax Very Frustrating. For example, with a 1099R form, TurboTax _repeatedly_ insisted for an answer in box 16A. There were other issues, but, in this instance, my form had no box 16A; furthermore, box 16 was blank, but TurboTax would not accept that for an answer. What was I supposed to do--make up a number?
Additionally, I've yet to find the option to print my return.

Easiest one of 15 years

This was the easiest process in the years I have used TurboTax. Particularly getting to start with the standard deduction w/o having to list the deductions to determine the use of the standard.
