A reliable helper every year!

We've been using TurboTax for years and plan to continue using it. Never had an issues with our return (standard deduction, regular TurboTax- no upgrade). This year had an issue with entering some information and the customer support was excellent. We were able to finish our taxes in one sitting.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby
