$25 dollar charge

I will not be using turbo tax again if the $25 dollar charge to receive my tax refund early isn't removed. I'm not pleased that I was not given an option to remove the extra charge.

Great, but IP PIN isn't in the work plan

Its great, but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD put the IP PIN in the work plan. This is the second year in a row I have had my taxes rejected like 7 times because there is no mention or information about this before I attempt to efile. Would have saved me hours of frustration.

I enjoy using Turbo Tax because it is a quick and easy experience. I like that you just plug in your info and get results immediately. It took me 30 mins to complete the whole process.
