I have been using turbotax for 20+ years, and it is the money best well spent. I am a CPA and accountant for a living, but dislike the complexity of the tax code and personal taxes is not my area of expertise. I appreciate the piece of mind that using Turbotax gives, and the way that it maximizes my returns by helping me navigate the impact of my personal transactions on my tax liability by asking me simple questions.

Would like my Turbo Tax fee to be refunded.

I could not file my state return electronically. W-2 error message did not help or resolve this issue after several attempts to re-file. I would like a full refunds on my TurboTax fees that were charged on this filing
