Most User Friendly Tax Return Tool

I've used Turbo Tax for years now (like many) and have never had a negative experience. The detail in its explanations, and the translation of that detail into normal, everyday language is unmatched in this space. Grateful to the person who thought it would make sense to make tool to help normal people feel less intimidated by an activity that, at the end of the day, really is as simple as this tool makes it!

Don't like changes to website!

Do not like changes made to your online website. It is also insulting that you dumbed it down. My simple return should have taken 10 minutes but you managed to drag in our 37 minutes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

My Turbo Tax Charge was to be $39 a savings. Ended up I was charged $79. Looks like bait and switch to me.
