YOU'RE TOO EXPENSIVE

I love the convenience of turbotax, particularly since I use it every year, but holy cow! You are EXPENSIVE. Not only do I pay to use it, but then you charge me EXTRA to use my credit card. If I had time, I would completely switch to some other service. Unfortunately, time is of the essence.
