Needed Updates

Filing state taxes was absolutely miserable. I tried twice to save my progress and sign out, but when I signed back in I had to start from the very beginning.
Also, there is no feature to scroll to the part of the page where you left of; you have to scroll each and every time you complete a portion of the super long list(s). Also, there should be some way to pre-screen filers to not have to go through each and every one of the tax credit/deduction items. I don't understand how I, a public school teacher (and only a public school teacher), would have anything to do with with port usage....

Long Standing Customer Leaving Turbo Tax

I've been a Turbo Tax customer for many years and will find an alternative next year. Reasons being is 1) this is a worse user experience I have ever had with Turbo Tax, and 2) it is way too expensive

TurboTax online makes taxes less scary. It kept everything organized and helped make sure everything was filled out correctly
