A good product for amateur tax preparers

I always find it fairly easy to process our tax paperwork and get answers to questions as they come up. I did not utilize live assistance this year.

I like the ease of use to file my taxes, what I Don't like is the fact that when you pick file my taxes for FREE, when you are all done with filling them out you have pay $39.00 to use it then another $40.00 for a processing fee this needs to be let known to users up front that it is not FREE but will cost you these fees.
