Would have been five stars for being user friendly however I had to submit my file twice after waiting an extended time. It was unnecessary but manageable.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax Didn't save my tax files from last year & every year is a struggle for simple taxes this is the last year I'm using Turbo Tax!!!Last year when I did my sons taxes(he is a working minor) this program did not take me to him being filed on our taxes ended up paying Turbo Tax $200 that I didn't get back then had to file through the mail because of the program in turbo tax screw up & spent hours on the phone with the IRS!
