Problems with program for Foster Care credit

Turbotax is easy to use - but you should be able to easily review the forms that are submitted for taxes. The Foster Care Credit - for Indiana state requires a certificate # & Turbo tax did not have that on the program. This required on ONLINE call to turbotax & they agent wasn't able to fix it as well. We spent additional time trying to figure this out which should not have been that difficult.

TT does not cost a lot

Turbo Tax for the most part is easy to navigate. I did have trouble finding where to put the expense for the credit for the insulation I had installed last year. I had to go in and out of the program several times before I finally found it by accident.
