I am very frustrated at the fees you have started to charge. For many years I was 100% satisfied and happy with TurboTax until you started charging fees for things that you hadn't previously charged for.

It is easy to navigate the site, even if you don't know what you are doing. There prompts are spot on, and the AI text box is accurate.
