misleading charge

well great to use just a little misunderstanding of the cost i got updated to 39 dollar pack never mentioned how much filing federal was until the end and no way to change it i knew state was 39 but surprise its not free to file federal either

Much better than the current H&R Block head, Need ability to jump to a screen or form and not have to wait too long. Nice if forms could detach and be viewed separately, Sign up was kind of clunky. I am certain that I paid for the program when I signed up and again when I was finished. . I don't appreciate having products pitched more than once. Sneaky placement of the "You are OK with intuit and anybody that knows somebody who works at intuit is welcome to annoy me if you don't uncheck the box that is almost out of frame." These should be empty unfilled check boxes without defaults.

Had a state issue this year
