This year, I had to do my taxes twice because it didn't prompt me that I had a different log-in since I am now using Empower by Intuit also. I only realized at the end when I struggled to get a copy of last year's return. UGH! That was really frustrating - resulting in my taxes 2.5 hours. The taxes were only downloading as a .tax extension and were unable to be opened.
I am going to consider switching to a different brand of electronic tax filing next year.
