Confusing at times.

Completing forms was confusing at times.
I had to go to a different tax program to just verify that I didn't miss anything to check for accuracy.
I am also upset that years ago I accidently clicked the deluxe version and now I am stuck in that version of the program and paying to file my taxes when I could use a different program and e-file for free!

hidden fees, defiantly NOT free

they tell you you can file for free then proceed to fore you to buy the deluxe edition and slide hidden fees in
