Turbo tax works for me

Have had a good experience but had some times where it wasn't working and had to clear cache and restart the computer. Then worked right.

Hidden Fees

The hidden fees are RIDICULOUS!! This should be free if you are doing basic taxes as advertised THEN to have it be an extra $40.00 to pay the basic fee from my refund is absurd.

Better Last Year

Turbo Tax was much more complicated to file with this year compared to last, There were several glitches that would not allow for editing, and the end filing with refund was somewhat deceptive.
