easy experience, good return, only annoying part is being charged for the return coming out of my taxes. seems like you guys charge for any extra thing which defeats the purpose of helping get the best deduction, but still cheaper than paying an accountant!

So great to have a "service" that fails to mention that you'll be required to pay until the absolute last step. The government should shut down grifting trash companies like you, but they probably won't.
