Makes it easy to go step by step with more info there when you need it. Especially with some of the other bonuses they offer, like the audit protection.

Frustrating. I have being filing my taxes with you all since I began employment as a teenager. Unexplained additional fees and mandatory upgrades. Will be using a different tax software next year.
