The apps Very user friendly

Some errors that doesn’t make sense, when it says I am eligible to claim my dependents it in the end it it giving me errors that the name and ssn number doesn’t match while I have my hard copy in my hand to be mistaken. Not sure if this error is related to turbo. Please disregard this review if I am wrong.
