Turbo Tax sucks on a MAJOR SCALE!!!

horrible experience turbo tax makes things harder than need be and also the return/support they offer is useless especially if your imputing your own data and that would render the service useless

Parts of Turbo Tax are not user friendly. For example, difficult to add new payment methods. Impossible to delete old payment methods.
