Ok, I'm sold!

Much cheaper than the CPA i've been using over 20 years for simple tax returns. I actually caught things she didnt using this software.

More expediant, fairly easy to use

I like the product, but I don't like the difficulty of access. Too much security that if you are not a computer nerd, then it can be challenging. I've use Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to regardless of the difficulties. Thank you for your service.

Overall easy, but frustrated that I wanted to do Basic, and it wouldn't let me take the teacher expense off to go back to basic. The fee I assumed was upgrade for one price, not charged for both state and fed.
