TurboTax upsold me for NO reason!

TurboTax forced me to not be able to take advantage of the "free" version of their software due to a made up reason that I needed a form which I did NOT need.

TurboTax is just simpler with filing only W-2s

I just finished entering all the information for my taxes. The process is simple when I only need to file W-2s. I wish the cheaper vision would cover audit support in the least, but we get what we get and what the company is willing to offer. I used another website last year, which was the first time in 8 years, and I'm back this year. It's just a simpler process, and I feel more confident using a website I know than a new one that I don't.
