High fees

It works great but the fees are crazy I tried not to use it this year but since I didn't have a copy of my gross I couldn't file with the free tax prep hopefully next year I can use the free one.

Says it's free but it's not. Keeps on trying to charge a lot. Then it says it's 39. But I get charged twice. It's 89

Glitch in system

Glitch in system was going to force us to file our state return by mail due to egregious error by their autocheck system. Headache inducing...
