Turbo Tax is very easy to navigate

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2011, I haven't had any issues. When I had questions Turbo Tax Representatives were very easy to contact.

Another unpleasant year with turbo tax - worst yet

Website needs some work. Some pages have a scroll bar, all of a sudden a page doesn't, and I had to eventually figure out to click somewhere on the page and scroll down with the arrow on my laptop. Very annoying. Also I'm charged a fee because I used a 1095, and I'm also charged for NC taxes for some reason. No explanation why. If I chose the option to pay out of federal taxes it seemed to charge an extra $40 - no explanation why! I had to use a credit card to avoid that. None of it made sense. Give clear explanations! Why was I being charged to have it taken out of federal taxes so I could avoid having to use a card?? I still don't get it. Oh and this sucks too. Words messing up as I type, glitching out, erasing letters and I have to backspace and retype them. Again, website needs work!

This product is very easy to use. I love the feature where I can upload a photo of a document! It is very thorough in capturing my tax information and then reviewing it.

Worst ever trying to get people to create a credit account through Credit Karma is not acceptable. Also saying its free to file your taxes then charging a ridiculous amount is insane. Let alone trying to get information for additional verification while already having to double verify just to file taxes for the state to take money is radicicolous.
