Turo tax online has become more user friendly. I felt comfortable doing them myself.

Disappointing/inflated prices

There are great things about this site, the pricing is not one of them. As a student working a low income job they charge 183$ to file because I need to use special "deluxe" services to receive a credit for my tuition and loan from the 1098T/E. Makes it feel very pointless. My refund was 250$, but again after the 183 they charge.. Getting 60$ back? Oh well.
I selected the free filing the entire time until at the end when I tried to file and was given an immovable pay wall. Again disappointing.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past several years and I found this year to seem way more complicated. There were too many abbreviations or names of items that I did not know what they were. This year took me much longer and more confusing.
