Tax Preparation Comapanies are Legalized Scammer

TurboTax should not exist and its existence is a parasite on all of America. This company skimmed $118 off of my return for unnecessary reasons that should not legal. A functioning government would simply send me my returns without giving massive financial institutions carte blanche to scam taxpayers of their refunded taxes. I would actually like to issue an apology to parasitic organisms. It is unfair to compare their survival strategy to the villainy that is TurboTax and similar companies. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
To any tech support, customer service, and programmers that may see this, you are doing fine. The service worked exactly as expected. I'm sorry you have to work for such a gross company. I hope you can find a better job, and if you can't, organize your workplace and join a union! Your bosses are exploiting your hard work and getting rich without doing any of the work. Stand in solidarity with your fellow workers!

I really love the simplicity of using and navigating through Turbo tax. If i see or notice a problem, I just go to search and put in the question, and it answers it for me. For me its perfect.
