I was charged for service I did not want it’s a rep off. I used standard deductions and was charged for audit protection.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm really upset with Turbo Tax. I have been using your product for many years and I feel over the years I am still getting the same experience and yet you are charging for everything. What happened to the "FREE" simple filing? I understand that the tax laws change every few ears or so and Turbo Tax has to make their cut, But we are getting less back and you are charging us for everything. I'm only get $900 and i just had to pay $39 for simple filing no extras and then $25 fee for early E-filing. I feel bad for the people getting more back than me because you probably charged them more. Next year I might have to go with another company. I cant afford you with all these fees and raised prices.

Terrible Experience

I was given an error that my school zip was incorrect when it in fact was not and I tried troubleshooting for more than an hour. Terrible experience.
