False Marketing

I like how in depth and accurate the guided software is compared to other software's but I am very dissapointed that it is marketed a $0 filing for simple 1040 returns and it is also marketed as $0 filing for customers who did not use turbo tax the year prior. I did not use Turbo tax last year and I had a simple return but still had to pay.

Its easy but $40 to have the payment pulled out of my refund is ridiculous. That plus all of the third party agreements...I dont think I will use turbotax next year. Even the info you ask for just to leave a review is insane. Why do you need that? You should already have most of it any considering I just filed my taxes with you.
