I have been using turbo tax to file my taxes every year for the last 20 years. It has always been incredibly user friendly, with great customer service. I also never had a mistake on my taxes, which in large part is due to TurboTax's fantastic explanations of tax laws and easy to understand answers to common questions. I have actually never filed my taxes using any other method.
