I've been using Turbo Tax for years now and it's been good, haven't been audited, pretty simple to use. I would recommend to anyone beginners, experts.

Scamming money off the top.

Tax return is always $150.00 less than it would be if I filed with someone else. This is why I stopped using turbo tax. Where did the money go? Seems shady.
