Very easy to use and I love that everything is reviewed so thoroughly before submitting. Filing my taxes makes me nervous I'll make a mistake.

Disappointed this year

felt like this year the information wasn't as good. I've used turbo tax in the past and was a LOT happier with it. Additionally, It was really frustrating to get all the way to filing my returns and adding info to pay my returns to find out I owned a school district tax. It doesn't do much good to constantly show - throughout the process of completing the forms - a total refund or due amount that is only part of the picture. Turbo tax should really include any additional tax avenues that will need to be paid.
