The online is difficult to use.

A lot more expensive than when I could just buy a disk. Also, I had to hunt where to put interest and other items. Difficult to use.

I love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now. I love it. It allows me to see everything for myself and the freedom to do my taxes myself. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

Not great...worst TurboTax experience ever

I had to restart the app over and over because it would not complete processes and would go back to login page. Also, the extra fee for just the energy efficient vehicle form was excessive. It should be part of the free package.
