Easy to use but a little too expensive. Starts out free but if you want ANYTHING else like state returns, they charge you more.

Starting to fail

I have always liked Turbo Tax because it was simple, accurate and inexpensive. Today, my simple return cost over $100, which is highway robbery for a senior citizen. Everytime I looked Turbo tax was adding another charge/ That's crazy. It should be listed up front what one will be paying
