Nothing better than Turbo Tax

I have been filing with Turbo Tax for the past 12 years and have never had any issues. So simple and easy for a single parent with a W-2 income. $50 fee is worth it.

Outpriced its Usefulness

When it was free it was great, now it is misleadingly priced and constantly has its greedy little hand out to upgrade to another unnecessary "premium" tier. Constantly clicking "don't add MAX" "don't add SuperTaxUltra5.0" Exactly the same service as when it was free, but now you pay over $100 for absolutely no added benefit. After over a decade this will be the last year using this service. If I'm forced to pay this much, I'll take it to a professional.
