Make me pay for something I have to do. Charge $50 for processing fees despite being one of the largest companies in the world. Three separate $49 processing fees. Whoever is making pricing choices needs to be put on a PIP.

Personally i can do without all the lil animated cartoons....its my taxes going to the IRS! This years version although some steps were simplified, took me almost 20 minutes to figure out how to ADD my spouses w2's! Even after doing an internet search to get results that say it cant be done!
