Turbo Tax Is Inefficent

Took too long, keep asking the same questions over and over again. Wouldn't let me just upload certain forms by searching for them. Took too long to find the dividend forms. Please do better. Thank you.

Application is very user friendly. Save a lot of anxiety over preparing taxes. Love that it brings over information from prior year - saves a lot of time going through the process.

Turbo tax was easy to use

Did myself and chose to use max. Then it said I needed to upgrade again. Didn't understand or like that I had to pay 39$ then see a 40$ process fee added in.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
