Turbo Tax is corporate machine against the public

It gets the job done but I hate that I have to pay for a service that tells me what I owe the government, even thought the government has all the infomation already and knows exaclty what I owe them. Turbo tax is only around because of the monopoly they have made out of filing taxes online.

No Incentive for Loyal customers

3 Stars because there is never a discount for REPEAT customers. No incentives for loyal customers. Promotion for FREE service until 2/18 was only for NEW customers.
