Turbo Tax Good free state s/b in deluxe

While I appreciate that you have to pay if you need a different form not included in the free product, I do not understand or appreciate why the state filing IS NOT included in the deluxe product and then having to pay again for state filing. Otherwise, excellent product showing various options that a filer may or may not qualify for regarding credits or deductions, etc.

Not user-friendly

I have done my taxes online for many years now including TurboTax and some other tax online forms but this year TurboTax was very confusing and I couldn’t do what I wanted to do immediately. The one thing I did like was taking the photos of the paperwork. The only reason why I did use it is because it offered the Connecticut state income tax form to be filed for free.

EASY TO USE, BUT NEED AN INTL PAYMENT PROCESS

Easy to use year on year, however for those of us who live abroad, it is silly to be in the year of 2025 and still require a payment registered with a US address. Most online services, whether it shopping etc, allow the use of credit cards from around the world. Unsure why TurboTax requires a payment that has to be tied to a US billing address. If this could be rectified, that would definitely be a 5-star rating!
