This was false advertisement. I file my taxes with Turbo Tax every year and I thought this year filing was supposed to be free if you file before Feb 18. Other than that, Turbo Tax is a good tax online tax entity.

I did not engage with an agent. The instructions are in detail such that filing a simple return is easy . I would not use any other tax filing program.
