Pay attention while filing

They try and nickel and dime you every step of the way with processing fees and little tidbits to try and catch you unaware. They do this despite being heavily subsidized by the government to help Americans do their returns. If i didn't already have previous info in their system to save time I would look elsewhere. It works and is fairly simple but the greasy mentality behind it leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.
