Turbo Tax has some great workers to help walk me

The help we received filling this tax paper went off at first was very hard to navigate, but your employee helped tremendously they walked me through every step. HAVING USED A TAX PREPARATION SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS THIS IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. MINIMAL PRESSURE OTHER THAN NOT HAVING ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS AND WAITING TO THE 11TH HOUR TO FILE. STILL EASY AND EFFICIENT.

2025 version is a giant leap forward

4th year using Turbo. Every year it got better and faster, 2025 version is a leap while the others were a skip. The auto importing and filling out of documents was fast and accurate. With simple step by step guidance I was done in less than an hour with state and federal.

Software Issue but friendly help to fix

Spoke with Rashida, who helped me solve a software issue, very friendly and I'm thankful for the help! My problem was I wasn't able to easily e-file; I received an item to review, 'enrollment status,' then when I clicked on the button to go to that section, it entered a loop and took me back to the main federal review page.
