Disappointed at first

I had to restart the entire process because something happened where it said I owed 40,000. That was ludicrous! So, I decided to manually enter in all my information instead and then I felt a relief that I was getting a refund after I restarted.

The process was more difficult to follow this year than last. I had difficulty putting in my 1099 R from my pension. The way I set up my information before filing was different this year and took me longer to complete. I did not always understand some of the questions.
