I was VERY disappointed to get to the end of my filing and find out that there was a $40 processing fee to efile my taxes! This should be disclosed up front. Not cool!!!!

Turbo Tax is lazy this year

The experience was difficult this year. The smart prompts were unable to accept 0/zeros nor did they allow you an opportunity to delete a mistake when the only options to continue didn't prompt you an option to delete.

So easy to navigate through all the questions with helpful tips along the way. Really like that the application can pull in all of my documents which saves me time and frustration from entering all my information.
