Another easy year

I was sad to see PayPal was not an option for paying via credit card. The closing statements with privacy, driver's license, etc. were confusing at times and some of the blocks could not be completed.

TurboTax saves time, but watch the Ts & Cs !

There are many things to like about TurboTax and many things that save a lot of time compared to self-filing paper returns. But I don't like the "up-sell" pressure to buy additional services where you do not see the terms and conditions of those services until you pay for them. When you do see the Ts & Cs and DO NOT agree with them (perhaps because they give rights to 3rd parties), there is no way to refund your payment. Unacceptable! My advice? Never agree to buy the additional services.

For a "free" service, prices are too high..

I do not see why I was charge 39 dollars for state and 39 dollars for federal -it's all one program. I should only be charged once. I would have like to have used my tax refund to pay the unnecessary 78 dollars but there was not only a 40 process fee but an additional 25 dollars if I didn't use a credit card. I do not think that is fair.

Not Free to File

I prefer going through Turbo Tax, however I hate when they say you can "File for Free" but at the end of the return process I'm having to pay to file both my Federal and State Tax Return. If it's not going to be "Free" to file. Don't market it so, as that is false advertisement.
