Turbo Tax Free is NOT Free

following the prompts is easy enough but I do not appreciate the coercive tactics to increase my cost without making it clear that I can decline the cost increases. I signed onto Turbo Tax Free because I thought it would actually be FREE. Turbo Tax needs to do better. I can only imagine how many people have been coerced into pay more on a basic and simple tax return. You need to make the payment pages where dollar amounts are shown more fully visible on the page without having to find a way to move the page around to be able to the whole page at one time.
