Apple security requirements unsupported by Intuit

I was not able to use the my Apple MacBook Pro because of an operating system version and security changes. This meant that I ended up spending apps $60 more than the purchase transaction, just to file my taxes. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and this is the first time I felt completely confused as to the challenges and remedies. It would seem to me that Intuit and Apple should stay together in requirements for your various products.

I've been doing my own taxes for a few years now with Turbo Tax. It's simple. Easy and very explanatory if you have questions. The hardest part is making sure you have all your documents in one area to upload. Thank you for the wonderful product!
