GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PERSON THAT HELPED ME!!!

I had to call in because TurboTax was trying to charge me to file and I should get it free since I'm a military member and the lady on the phone was super helpful and patient and just wonderful to deal with.

Turbo tax is SHADY if you ask turbo tax to take their fee from your return they force you to add a 44$ identity protection FEE without your permission or a way to decline. the only way to not pay it was to pay with card. Im suing you guys for this predatory practice. I'm sure lawyers will eat this up. this is the last time I'm using this crappy greedy service

I’ve filed with turbo tax for 8 years. This year has been the worst. My file has been rejected twice for my child’s ssn when the number matches he’s ss card also it was approved last year with him on the tax return.
