Great but could be improved

It worked well for me but many times in the process when I have to go to another section and make an update, once that update was made, it made me go over screens that I already went over,
Also, if you don't upgrade, it still sneaks a premium upgrade in at the end and when you read the fine print, there is a subscription.

TurboTax, the used car salesmen?

TurboTax has always been user friendly and gives pretty good explanations. However, every year it gets more and more tricky to navigate through their system without a constant bombardment of up-sales. I've used them for a decade and a half but will probably start looking elsewhere next year because I don't like feeling nervous about clicking on "next" without knowing how much I'll be charged.
