Turbotax is a scam

turbotax is a scam, i dont actually get anything out of it and it should be free to file my taxes. How can the govnt tell me i didnt file correctly and still owe money from last year. I filed via turbotax last year, paid extra to make sure it was right and still owed money from last year. Turbotax feels more and more like a virus rather than a net good.

Turbo Tax is Great!

I did the basic Online Deluxe. It was easy to use and Turbo Tax triple checked to be sure we were getting all the deductions we were entitled to receive. We will definitely use Turbo Tax again

Your constant attempts to add fees are ridiculous. And the little gotcha fee for filing with the money from the return is borderline illegal or should be.
