I've always used TurboTax because it shows you the step-by-step instructions and the questions are straightforward.

RIDICULOUS!

Not using this service again! Went from free to $39 for Federal Tax Return and another $39 for State Tax Return, RIDICULOUS! This website is not easy to follow, especially if you have a correction to make.

TurboTax provides to yourself no disappointments

I have used TurboTax for year, after suffering disappointments with the two major tax preparer companies doing in-person tax documents. With TT, I had had NOT a single disappointment, and very frequently it takes less time than doing it with a person and bringing to them printed documents.
