I was able to complete my Federal and state returns very easily. turbo tax guided me through every step and had links to answer any questions I had. then E-filed my return for a modest fee

I believe in some fees here and there. But they charge a fee for federal, another fee for state and hidden fee at the end for processing. For what service? I still had to do everything myself, and look up the forms I needed manually, because it missed the specific form I needed while it "searched" for other deductions. Just overall, not worth the money when I could have gave a person $100 and wouldn't have had to do it myself.
